How do I connect my device?

This article concerns the public Access By See App. If you use See Tickets rental devices, you can skip this step. 
To link your device to the See Tickets platform, locate the QR code in your ticketing system, such as the See Tickets Client Console. After discovering the QR code, use the "Access by See" app to scan it.

Next, input a unique device name that is different from existing devices within the app. Confirm your selection, and the setup process will be completed automatically. The app will then display events scheduled within the next 30 days. Activate an event by toggling it on and clicking "Start scanning" to begin scanning tickets for that particular event.

To locate the QR code within the See Tickets Client Console, follow these steps:

  1. Click here to log in.
  2. Hover over the "Access Control" tab.
  3. Choose "Device Configuration" from the dropdown menu.
